Louis Comfort Tiffany, as one of his last projects, made a limited number of enamels. Generally the enamels were floral in motif, imitating the new Impressionistic style of Monet and Manet. This 3" dish is one of those rare enamels, depicting a flower in blue, green, deep purple and magenta. It is signed on the base: EL173. The condition is excellent.
