| A rare find in a Quezal Shape Number 259 is this lemon yellow calcite shade in a gold King Tut design with contrasting gold zipper pattern on the base. Adding to its beauty are the silver blue iridescence on the pattern's waves. The shape number is provided in Darrell Robert's book, "Collecting Art Nouveau Shades" on page 61. The shade has a standard 2.25" rim for the fitter and is 3" high. The condition of the shade is excellent, having no chips, cracks or scratches. Engraved on the inner small rim in black is "Quezal." | ||||||||
